Eleanor now crawls all over. She gets in to things she is not suppose to. She has also grabbed our dog Rudy by the face. I feel so badly for our dog. I said "No" to Eleanor and the dog thought I was talking to her. Our dogs are the greatest, they put up with a whole lot. I think now is the time to start "baby proofing" the house!

First time to UTAH!
The Gibbins family went to Utah this week. We were all very excited to see Grandpa Jerry and Grandma Bobbie. We also were able to see Great Grandma Joyce and Great Grandpa Val. Eleanor was a very good baby while we drove the 800 miles to Utah. She was very patient spending 14 hours in her car seat. We took many breaks so the dogs could do their thing and Eleanor could get changed and have a bottle. Eleanor caught a cold right before we left....UGH! Then today we found out she has an ear infection, all that aside we had a fabulous time!
I took some lovely scenery pictures of Idaho....the potato state (so says their license plates). That state is boring....sorry native Idahoians! I took some pictures of the tumble weeds crossing the freeway as we drove through....look closely. Amazingly, I did not see any potatoes in Idaho.
Utah is always lots of fun. A huge thank you to Grandpa and Grandma for letting us come and stay and always making us feel so welcome.
We will be back soon!

Eleanor's starting to walk...
Eleanor will walk now when you hold her hands. She will scoot backwards and roll all over but she has not crawled yet. Thanks to Dad, she now blows spit bubbles. She sings in the car when the music is up load and yells when she wants attention. One day we were at Walmart and she decided to scream at the top of her lungs so everyone was staring and then she giggled. What a little dork.

New pictures of Eleanor
I fed Eleanor some bananas and she started grunting at me. She now pulls herself forward in her highchair and tries to act like a big girl. There is a girl about 11 months old at Eleanor's daycare and I think Eleanor is learning a lot from this little girl. I have not decided if it is good or bad yet? ha ha ha :) I think I like the fact that Ele doesnt move all around yet. I don't think I am ready to start chasing her.

7 Months old today!!!
Eleanor is 7 months old now. She has her first cold. Not fun let me tell you! She ran a temp for a day of 101. Dustin was all over keeping an eye on her temperature. She is coughing and sneezing. Her nose is running like a faucet. She seems to be getting a bit better, I am very happy. The bad thing is I think I have it now. Thanks for sharing Eleanor!
